Organic Self Raising Flour Wholemeal (1kg) - Doves Farm

A finely stoneground wholemeal flour, milled with self-raising built in, for cakes, scones, muffins, and traybakes that come out light and airy rather than heavy — a common problem with wholemeal baking. Soil Association certified organic, and sold in a 1kg paper bag. Simply roll down the top and keep in a cool, dry place once opened.
*Ingredients: Organic wheat flour, raising agents (mono-calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate). May contain traces of barley, rye.
