A reliable, high-fibre flour for proper wholemeal loaves, milled from carefully selected organic wheat and certified by the Soil Association. It gives a good, consistent rise and a nutty, hearty flavour, whether you’re baking by hand, working through a sourdough recipe, or using a bread machine. Sold in a 1.5kg paper bag — simply roll down the top and keep in a cool, dry place once opened.
