Bronze cut and slow-dried at low temperatures to preserve every bit of natural goodness, they cook in just 8 minutes to a perfect al dente. The flavour is warm and deeply satisfying, with notes of toasted almond, walnut and caramel that make each bite unmistakeably, beautifully spelt.
