A pasta rooted in the land and generous in every sense. Made from organic stoneground spelt and fava bean flour, both from 100% UK agriculture, these sedani rigati bring together two great British crops in a naturally nourishing, fibre-rich and protein-balanced combination.
Slow-dried at low temperatures and cooked to a perfect al dente in just 9 minutes, their velvety surface holds sauce beautifully while their warm chestnut colour hints at the flavour within — nutty and softly sweet from the spelt, with a subtle savoury freshness from the fava beans.
Available to order online in 100g increments, or pick up as a refill in store.
