A beautifully crafted pasta that brings together the best of British farming. Made from just three ingredients — stoneground spelt and wrinkled pea flour, both grown in the UK — this fusilli is as nourishing as it is delicious.

 

Slow-dried at low temperatures to preserve all the natural goodness of the grain and pulse, it cooks in just 8–9 minutes to a perfect al dente. The tight spirals carry a gorgeous golden-green hue and a flavour that is earthy, slightly sweet and distinctly moreish — holding onto sauce effortlessly whether you keep things simple with olive oil and herbs or go for something more hearty.

 

Available to order online in 100g increments, or pick up as a refill in store.
